Who are we? Around 16,000 people work in pastoral care, administration and social institutions and educational institutions at the Erzbistum München and Freising. On behalf of the archbishop of Munich and Freising, the Ordinariat of Munich performs the tasks of the diocese administration. Examination of annual accounts for church foundations / daycare facilities with complex facts Advice on accounting staff and administrative management as well as church caregivers:in case of tax and accounting questions, as well as questions on the annual accounts Organisation and implementation (including teaching) of training Participation in the development of new compliance rules Participation in the development of the accounting system Implementation responsibility for subprojects and project tasks Preparation of analyses, evaluations and statistics Maintenance of the accounting system MACH, e.g. setting up new clients, accounts and tax keys, management of the Elster certificates First level support for user questions.

completed economic higher education with a focus on accounting (bachelor or comparable degree) or completed commercial training with continuing training to/from the tax specialist:in, economic specialist:in or account holder:in (IHK) relevant professional experience in accounting and good knowledge of turnover tax law Experience in the organisation and implementation of trainings desirable sovereign handling of IT applications, in particular with accounting systems and MS-Office Experience in project and process management as well as in accounting in public law entities desirable Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church.
