Your tasks:

• Conducting chemical, physical and microbiological Analysis of milk and dairy products
• sampling along the production process and evaluation of the Results
• Documentation and evaluation of laboratory results according to applicable Quality standards
• Monitoring compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines (e.g. IFS, HACCP)
• cooperation in the further development and optimization of Test methods
• Calibration, care and monitoring of laboratory technology used

Your profile:

• Completed training as a milk laboratory technician (w/m/d)
• At least 2 years of laboratory work experience, ideally in the food industry
• High quality and hygiene awareness
• Self-employed, structured and careful working
