These tasks await you: You advise our customers on the sale of a property You have a close cooperation with the employees in the sales offices You see objects and create an attractive Exposé You are fully engaged in the mediated business from the first contact to the signing of the purchase agreement You generate demand-oriented cross-selling approaches from sales and purchases (e.g. investment purchase price, financing of the object, optimization of insurance, holistic advice due to the changed situation etc.)

That's what you bring: You have a commercial training You have the willingness to continue and further education You have a class B licence You have multi-year sales experience, knowledge of credit business are desirable You have a sovereign occurrence and enforcement capability You have a strong acquisition and negotiation skills with a very good communication capability combined with a high customer and service orientation You are team-ready and work independently, aim-oriented and flexible in time
