To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated **House Master / Object Manager (m/w/d)** in full time to support our properties in Lüneburg.

Your tasks

• Implementation of general housekeeping activities in residential and commercial premises and on parking and garage facilities
• Regular object controls to ensure a proper and well maintained condition
• Implementation of winter services and traffic safety measures
• Maintenance and maintenance of outdoor and green areas
• execution of small repair, maintenance and maintenance work
• Monitoring of technical installations and coordination of major damages or necessary specialist work
• Support for renovation and modernisation measures
• Friendly and reliable contact for tenants and service providers on site

Your profile

• Craft skills and technical understanding

• Class B licence required
• Driving class BE desirable
