Construction Supervisor / Object Supervisor TGA HLS [] (m/f/d)

You accompany the realization of TGA projects in the area of heating, ventilation and sanitation and take over the performance phases 6–9 according to HOAI. In doing so, you contribute to the preparation and participation of the award, check performance lists and bidder offers and support in award decisions. As part of the object monitoring, you coordinate the executive companies and interfaces with other specialist planners, monitor the construction and assembly services and ensure compliance with quality, costs and appointments. You examine works, assembly and revision documents, take over the audit of the accounts and the evaluation of supplementary incomes and accompany function checks, commissioning and acceptances. In addition, you are responsible for the defect tracking, the object care during the warranty period as well as the project documentation and handover to the client. As a contact person:in ordering entities, executive companies as well as internal and external project participants, you provide structured and binding communication.

You have successfully completed a study of supply, building or energy technology, or you have an absc hluss as a state-tested technician or master (m/w/d) in the field of TGA (HLS). You ideally bring multi-year experience in the object or construction monitoring of TGA projects. We require knowledge of HOAI and the VOB; Experience in dealing with contracting entities is of advantage. A safe handling of MS Office applications as well as ideally experience with AVA or project management software are the key features. You work independently, structured and responsibly and convince by communication strength, enforcement ability and team capacity. You want to develop professionally and personally in an interdisciplinary planning team.
