Work, health and fire protection matters and participation in the development of occupational safety management, accessibility and inclusion. Development of concepts and monitoring and control of the implementation of occupational safety measures according to the requirements of the responsible bodies. Creation and updating of sample risk assessments, operating instructions, instruction and fire protection regulations, as well as selection of suitable first aid, fire protection and ergonomic work equipment. Organisation and coordination of workplace and fire prevention, fire prevention, broaching and evacuation exercises as well as occupational medical hours. Consultation and support of the persons responsible in the implementation of occupational, health and fire protection, in particular in the event of risk assessments, the planning of measures and the selection of suitable equipment, personal protective equipment (PSA) and occupational health precautions. Cooperation with supervisory authorities, accident insurance bodies and external service providers and monitoring the implementation of occupational safety measures. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace, there are occasional service trips (5 – 20 days per year), including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: Completed university studies (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) or a comparable qualification as well as at least three years of professional experience in occupational, health and/or organisational fire protection Qualification as a specialist for occupational safety Competences: Good knowledge and safe handling of relevant Microsoft Office applications and SAP Good knowledge of the laws, regulations and regulations of the occupational, health and fire protection, of the state and professional regulations (including ArbSchG, ArbStättV, BetrSichV, DGUV, DIN EN ISO 45001; DIN 18040) and, inter alia, in the field of occupational safety management, dangerous goods, civil rights, accessibility and equality.
