General manager of the technical building equipment (HLSK / ELT) within demanding construction projects Control, coordination and monitoring of all TGA plants in close coordination with the building project management Management and support of the TGA building management at the construction site Ensuring the timing, cost and quality of construction Coordination of the interfaces between TGA, raw construction, extension and facade construction Coordination with builders, architects, specialist planners and exporting companies Monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards Participation in procurement, follow-up management, billing and cost control Accompanying the commissioning, acceptance and transfer of the TGA systems in the building

Complete study of supply technology, building technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g. master or technician) Multiannual professional experience in the construction or superstructure line TGA, ideally in construction Very good knowledge of TGA-relevant control systems (VOB, HOAI, DIN, VDI) Experience in coordinating complex construction projects with multiple structures Designed leadership, communication and organizational skills Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Enforcement, cost awareness and negotiation security
