Global Sales Process & GPO Lead (m/f/d)

Your duties Definition and maintenance of the global end-to-end framework for the sales process. Management and coordination of the Global Process Owner (GPO) network for Sales together with the GPOs from the business areas and regions. Ensuring coordination between processes, CRM and methods for sales optimization. Control of process changes and deviations. Identification and advance of possibilities for process optimization. Support of regions and business areas in process implementation. Design AI-assisted process steps (e.g. qualification, prioritization). Define clear interfaces between man and AI. Ensuring transparency and traceability of AI-based decisions are also part of the task.

Your profile Completion in business, economic engineering, process management or a similar field. Experience in designing sales processes, business process management or sales operations management. Practical experience in defining global standards and controlling a GPO network. Ability to structure complex end-to-end processes and ensure cross-area consistency. Experience with the integration of CRM processes, workflows and the coordination of systems and processes. Embossed analytical thinking capacity and a way of thinking oriented towards process optimization. Experience in the construction of interfaces between man and AI or in the design of AI-based processes is advantageous. Excellent moderation capabilities, especially in dealing with diverse, international stakeholders. Ability to work across areas, regions and stakeholders and to influence them. flowing English knowledge; German knowledge is desirable.
