You take customer requests and project documents exactly under the magnification, define TGA services, coordinate specialist planners and check the planning for quality and completeness You test and optimierst in cooperation with the TGA Planner (HKLS) - always with a view to efficiency, functionality and the best result You define the scope of performance together in the team and with the AG and convert it into convincing, sound offers You are responsible for smooth operations by coordinating the interfaces to building, planning and all the works involved. You carry forwarders safely through the supply and clarification phase and ensure clear communication

You have a degree in utility technology, building technology or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in planning (LP 1–5) and you also have knowledge of the execution and ideally experience as project manager for building engineering structures, preferably HKLS, with You know well with HOAI, VOB as well as the relevant standards and regulations in the field of TGA You are organized and have the ability to communicate technical content in a comprehensible and targeted manner
