(Entgeltgruppe 9b TVöD Bund, Kennung: KOFM 1299 14, Stellen‐ID: 1298784) The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). The employment is terminated indefinitely, at the earliest possible time, according to the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD Bund) in the remuneration group 9b. You are responsible for the professional management and control of the personnel employed in the fire protection sector (currently three employees) With your team and external third-party companies, you will ensure trouble-free operation of fire protection systems (including doors and gates as well as fire detection, extinguishing and BOS systems) and monitor compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines for safe plant operation You are responsible for the elimination of faults and deficiencies, including the initiation and implementation of emergency measures to repair technical installations You define the work goals/flows, plan the maintenance and maintenance work in your work area and coordinate the use of personnel and other companies You will ensure the assignment of your own staff and other companies They collect offers, assist in the award of orders, control and monitor the performance of the foreign companies on site and check the performance certificates They work in the planning, construction, commissioning and acceptance of technical equipment and equipment
