What we need

Construction monitoring and documentation of the transferred construction sites, incl. Coordination of civil engineering measures Support of the project manager when creating performance directories with volume structure, cost calculation Organisation, coordination, monitoring and acceptance of transferred projects Coordination and supervision of contractual matters to the customer and to the subcontractor Material ordering, monitoring of delivery times Quality control, scheduling and compliance

Training as a technician, master or engineer in the field of construction, electrical engineering, communications technology or energy technology Professional experience in similar position desirable good knowledge of construction monitoring Experience in working with databases High service orientation, precise and accurate operation Ability to react calmly even in difficult situations and resolve conflicts Team-oriented and independent, economic operation
