In the “Bamberger Haus” we conduct various types of events for our customers. The range ranges from the small birthday party of the grandchild to the wedding with 600 guests at a high level of service. Together with your kitchen brigade, you will ensure the culinary well-being of our guests. · You run a kitchen team with 3 sous chefs (à la carte, beer garden/event, production), 4 station chefs and 3 trainees.
