You process and coordinate orders in the area of municipal waste disposal and ensure that all processes reliably interlock As a contact person, you are in regular exchange with municipalities, citizens, driving staff and internal specialist departments You accept enquiries, complaints and requests for amendments, carefully collect them and guide the necessary measures If you change pickup dates, containers or tours, keep an overview and tune the further steps with the MRP You maintain customer, order and performance data in existing systems and ensure complete documentation Examination of the provided disposal services as well as preparation of the data for billing are also part of your tasks You can also find pragmatic solutions for short-term changes or inquiries and contribute to reliable municipal disposal

You have completed commercial training, for example as a businessman for office management, industrial businessman, merchant for forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have already gained experience in commercial material processing, disposition, logistics or order processing We also welcome dedicated cross-comers with commercial understanding and organizational skills. When handling MS Office and digital applications, you are safe and work quickly into new systems You communicate friendly, binding and solution-oriented – both with citizens and local clients and with internal contact persons A structured, careful and independent way of working distinguishes you. You can also keep an overview and work reliably in the team in case of an increased workload.
