Lighting the way ahead together The area Grid Field Operations Germany (GFG) is responsible for the operation, maintenance and expansion of the German electricity grid and thus ensures a secure supply for our end customers and the company as a whole. Our mission focuses on the goal of secure and reliable network operation combined with a forward-looking and efficient project strategy, which – always looking into the future – is characterised by intensive cooperation with our partner unit Large Projects Germany (LPG). With more than 1,200 employees, we fulfill our task as a reliable and innovative operator of the German high-voltage network of TenneT. As a speaker (m/w/d), you play a central role in the strategic and operational support of the head and team leader (m/w/w) Asset Data & Documentation. With your organizational talent, your structured work and your view for the whole, you are actively contributing to the further development of our department. Conditions From 01. September 2025 The weekly working time is 37 hours The place is indefinite The position requires an occasional readiness (approximately twice a month) and a driving licence class B The place can be taken off prematurely, so do not hesitate to apply! You support the development and strategic development of the department and accompany our management team You promote the optimization of our department management and reporting and work closely with our stakeholders You keep an overview of strategic and operational objectives and take responsibility for your own projects with the focus on process and organisational development You organize, plan and moderate workshops on important topics You enter and optimise our internal operational documentation and processes and take care of our SharePoints
