With external sales of around 12.24 billion euros and around 76,000 employees (including self-employed retailers and nearly 3,400 trainees), the EDEKA Minden-Hannover is the largest sales of a total of seven regional companies in the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. It has existed since 1920, extends from the Dutch to the Polish border and includes Bremen, Lower Saxony, a part of East Westfalen-Lippe, Saxony-Anhalt, Berlin and Brandenburg. As an organizational designer you take over exciting projects, create presentations and decision-making templates. Engagedly coordinate appointments and meetings. In development processes and new concepts, you can actively participate and introduce your ideas. Carefully forward information to our markets and maintain friendly handling.

You have a degree in communication, business, or economics, or vocational training in food retailing. You are dedicated, independent, creative and bring a high self-motivation Your handling of Microsoft Office is obvious. You enjoy cross-departmental cooperation and always work in a solution-oriented and structured manner. Your analytical and conceptual skills as well as your communication strength complete your profile.
