Pedagogical Specialist for Adults People with Autism (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our teams in Essen, we are looking for pedagogical staff (m/w/d) to support people with a diagnosis from the autism spectrum from 01.07.2026.

We are:

Autinom supervises (young) adult people with autism. The aim of care is always to live as independent (autonomous) as possible and to participate in social life.

We know that good care needs to be specialized for people with autism, even go one step further and focus on two target groups:

• Students with Autism • working and working people with autism

Autinom works in person-centric, needs-oriented and supervised in all areas of life (e.g. residential caregiver = Jobcoach).

There are four reasons for this:

• People with autism are stimulated to establish contacts with people in the same situation in a secure context.

This allows you to find quick connections, learn from each other and pursue common goals.

• Supervisors who focus on “when” they “who care”, can specialize, adapt and target-oriented

care.

• maintainers, coaches and response points for all areas of life simplify communication and increase

both effectiveness and efficiency of care.

• It adapts to the target group to agree on clear goals and expectations, e.g. to complete study in normal time and within

to become independent from 2.5 years and to reduce the intensity of care.

We are looking for:
