These activities await you: Preparation of daily mise en place Personal advice and care of our national and international guests Preparation of events and implementation of these in consultation with the supervisor Guided tour of your own station by the restaurant manager Booking of sales in Infrasys Control of daily revenues and ensuring a correct and complete daily settlement Training of trainees and trainees The possibility of support for the further training of wine
