Staff support: Contact person for employees at four logistics locations in West/South Germany and associated central areas Management consultancy: close cooperation with and advising executives in all personnel matters (work, business constitutional law) Legal compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws (work, social, tax) and collective agreements Works Council: constructive cooperation with works councils Operating arrangements: cooperation in the design and independent negotiation of local operating agreements Recruiting & Change: active accompaniment in the occupation of specialists and executives and organisational changes HR Process Management: Ensuring the timely implementation of all personnel measures in cooperation with the HR sharing service HR Projects: Acquisition of nationwide HR Projects

Education: completed studies of Business Administration / BWL, Business Psychology, Labour and Organizational Psychology or comparable Experience: long-term experience as HR Business Partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in a global matrix organization Expertise: solid knowledge of labour and social law and negotiation experience with works councils. Personality: sovereign, sensitive and responsible in dealing with all employees Skills: good English skills and safe handling of MS Office and HR systems; team-oriented and joy in a dynamic, international environment Mobility: willingness to visit the supervised locations regularly
