For this client we are looking for a fleet disponent (m/w/d) to support the existing team.

Coordination of the fleet and external partners in local and remote transport Planning and operational control of drivers from economic perspectives Route and tour planning in compliance with legal regulations Purchasing and awarding contracts to charter contractors Price and contract negotiations with subcontractors Contact for internal departments and external partners

Completed commercial or logistical training (e.g. forwarding & logistics) Experience in the disposition of fleets or transport logistics Knowledge of local and remote transport as well as steering and rest periods Organizational and structured, independent working Communication strength and enforcement capacity Flexibility and decision-making, even in stressful situations
