Planning, creation and implementation of social media campaigns and accurate content with focus on organic growth and paid media Planning, implementation and optimization of campaigns focusing on awareness, traffic and lead generation Conception and production of social media content (e.g. reels, videos, image and text posts) for the various social media channels Creating and implementing new formats with a view to current trends in social media Accompanying trade fairs and events with focus on social media communication Creation of customer references in cooperation with external service providers in text, image, video and sound – in consultation with our sales teams in direct contact with customers Planning, design and implementation of sales-promoting measures (e.g. brochures, sales promotions, etc.) Control of external agencies and service providers Close cooperation with internal interfaces, such as product management, sales and technology

Completed training or studies in marketing / communication / advertising or comparable qualification At least 2 years of experience in marketing environment with a focus on social media management Expertise in social media ads and platforms (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) Knowledge in image and video editing, experience in handling canvas Communication talent in Word, Writing, Image and Sound: You can convey information and ideas clearly, concise and target group-oriented You are a team player (m/w/d) and have a pronounced hands-on mentality Very good communication skills in German and English in word and writing
