Description During the training program “Graduate Specialist Program (Trainee) – Quality Management” you run different stations in Germany and abroad in 18 to 24 months. Target position according to the program is a demanding technical or project task in quality management. Together we lay the foundation for your successful career.
- 4-6 stations, of which 1 abroad: During your program, you will learn about various departments in quality management (e.g. central quality management, QM projects, development, sales) and adjacent areas.
- Exclusive mentoring: During the program, a mentor from the upper management group supports you in your professional and personal development. In addition, a current participant from the trainee program will accompany you during your onboarding.
