Description During the training program “Graduate Specialist Program (Trainee) – Quality Management” you run different stations in Germany and abroad in 18 to 24 months. Target position according to the program is a demanding technical or project task in quality management. Together we lay the foundation for your successful career.

• 4-6 stations, of which 1 abroad: During your program, you will learn about various departments in quality management (e.g. central quality management, QM projects, development, sales) and adjacent areas.
• Exclusive mentoring: During the program, a mentor from the upper management group supports you in your professional and personal development. In addition, a current participant from the trainee program will accompany you during your onboarding.
• Flexible start date and permanent employment contract: We adapt the start date to your personal needs. You are part of our team from the beginning and take responsibility from day 1.
• Network: In the trainee program, you network with trainees and executives worldwide and profit from our strong network.

Qualifications Are you passionate about quality management and want to drive and shape the future? To promote cross-thinking and themes, you stand out. In addition, you bring the following:

• Training: You complete your studies in the technical or scientific field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT/software, physics) with an above-average degree/master (also doctorate).
• Experience and know-how: You have gained first experience in quality management or in the production of industrial companies, ideally through challenging internships. You have a high affinity for IT systems and brings interest in new technologies. In addition, first experiences with SAP would be desirable.
• Personality and mode of operation: Analytical, structured and careful approach will distinguish you. In addition, you bring a strong customer and service orientation and trade both independently and entrepreneurial. You also convince by your communication strength, innovative thinking and your above-average commitment.
• Languages: You speak German and English fluently in word and writing.
