Sales & Acquises: You are driving the expansion of our customer portfolio, building sustainable relationships and achieving demonstrable sales increases Market knowledge: You know the mineral oil industry, with a good understanding of downstream processes in the mineral oil industry, in particular in retail and B2B distribution, as well as the mobility ecosystem (fuel, charging, fleets, digital business models) and use this knowledge for innovative solutions Project management: You take the end-to-end responsibility for complex multi-stakeholder projects and ensure their successful completion Organisational & Change Management: You design and implement change initiatives as well as process optimization Networking: You care for industrial contacts and represent us at conferences and trade fairs Supply Chain & Logistics: You analyze and optimierst supply chain and logistics processes in downstream segment Innovation & Future Topics: You develop tailor-made concepts for e-mobility, alternative fuels and new business models in retail and help implement strategies for energy and mobility transformation

You have successfully completed your studies in economics, computer science, engineering or a comparable degree programme You have at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or industry, of which at least 2 years in the distribution of services You have consulting experience and a broad project management expertise, as well as experience in managing projects You can demonstrate project success in the field of mobility, energy or related industries You have knowledge of refinery, distribution, gas station operation, pricing and customer management You have a good understanding of current trends such as decarbonization, e-mobility and digital platforms To optimally advise our customers on site, you are ready to travel nationally and internationally Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
