For over 100 years, the DJH Baden-Württemberg has been representing values that enrich life. As a non-profit association we operate 47 youth hostels in the most beautiful places in Baden-Württemberg. The Rabeneck Pforzheim Youth Hostel is equipped with 96 beds in 27 rooms. Since 2016, the Youth Hostel has been run with the Youth Hostel Karlsruhe as a tandem management. We create encounters and unforgettable experiences for school classes, families, and seminar groups. Our team is committed to making guests feel comfortable in our youth hostel every day. You cook healthy and balanced, delicious and economical for our guests. You pay attention to allergies and also enchant vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. You also take over the goods usage planning, documentation and storage as well as the goods purchase. You ensure compliance, monitoring and control of the specified quality, safety and hygiene standards. You actively participate in the design and optimization of workflows and leave your workplace clean.

You have already made your passion a profession and have completed your training as a chef (m/w/d) or in the field of housekeeping. You have a great host heart and a passion for gastronomy. A high level of reliability and flexibility as well as the willingness to work in the shift system and on weekends are of course for you. Your own initiative, willingness to use, resilience, confidentiality and trustworthiness are part of this, as well as a well-kept appearance. The willingness to shift. You have knowledge of the LMHV, the IfSG and the device functions. Good knowledge of German and possibly English skills complete your profile. You have basic knowledge in dealing with MS Office.
