Customer Management Staff (m/f/d)

You enter our customers by phone and e-mail and find the right solution for each request. You care and update customer master files in our CRM system and ensure high data quality. You create individual offers and support our customers in selecting suitable products. You process complaints professionally, solution-oriented and with a view to a positive customer experience. You take the order processing and answer questions about orders, delivery dates and order status. You work closely with other departments to ensure optimal customer support.

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First professional experience in customer service, sales service or customer management Impressed communication strength and joy in dealing with people High service and customer orientation Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems Structured, reliable and independent operation Team spirit, commitment and a positive attitude
