Construction and perception of the local fire protection in the facility management of the Koblenz Directorate according to central requirements and the regulations in fire protection for the properties to be supervised organisation and regular implementation of fire protection operations; Real estate Assessment of results and fire safety problems and monitoring of deficiencies Implementation of improvement measures Consultation with regard to all topics of (preventive) fire protection, in particular with regard to the proper commissioning of new fire protection systems and the organisation or Ensuring maintenance, maintenance and testing tasks Examination of the need for fire protection concepts/tests in accordance with the applicable regulations in building law Participation in tenders for recurring tests and maintenance of fire safety equipment and in communication with the construction administrations and users with regard to structural measures Ensuring construction, plant engineering or organizational fire protection Support and representation of occupational and health management in the Facility Management of the Koblenz Directorate

Qualification: Completed university education (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) in the fields of civil engineering, civil engineering, architecture, building and real estate management or comparable qualification at Bachelor level. Competences: specialist for the ''Brandschutz- envoy'' according to vfdb (Vereinigung zur Förderung der deutschen Brandschutz) or DGUV (German legal accident insurance) or the willingness to acquire them Speciality for the ''Traditional Representative'' in accordance with the Hazardous Subsidiary Regulation or BetrSichV (operational safety regulation) or the willingness to acquire them Proof of the specialist for occupational safety in accordance with ASiG (Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz) or DGUV or the willingness to acquire them Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and recommendations (e.g. building regulations of countries, guidelines, VDI, DIN, DGUV) Secure IT application knowledge (Microsoft Word, ‐Excel, ‐Outlook) Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Participation in training, working groups and implementation of missions driving licence class B/3 as well as willingness to run service car
