In the building management for the TGA you take over the expertly-competent construction monitoring for the structures of technical building equipment in regional residential and school building projects You are responsible for quantity, quality, dates and costs throughout the entire construction process through agile construction process control and modern software tools in cooperation with internal project participants You support our technical procurement in the tendering and awarding of TGA subcontractors To complete the project, organize commissioning and accompany the experts as well as the contractors during the acceptance You are considered competent, professional contact persons of the customers and take care during the warranty period

You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Supply Technology or a completed training as a master / technician (m/w/d) in a related field You could gain first professional experience in a similar function, ideally with another general company or with a company specializing in building technology You have good knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering or supply technology and ideally knowledge in VOB You have an open and motivating communication capability paired with enforcement strength and negotiation skills A high level of commitment and an independent and structured way of working This is only the start at GOLDBECK.
