IT System Administrator / Application Administrator, ORBIS (m/f/d)

1. Operation & Administration of ORBIS configuration, customizing and module administration of ORBIS (Dedalus) at all locations of the subsidiaries. Planning, testing and execution of release changes, updates and patches together with the manufacturer. User, role and permission management with the necessary view for data protection and clinical reality. Implementation, documentation and quality assurance of changes to ITIL (Change, Incident and Problem Management).

2. Interfaces & System Landscape Support and further development of the HL7 and DICOM interfaces to subsystems (Labor, Radiology and PACS, Medical Technology, Accounting, Archive). Error analysis in the interaction of ORBIS and connected systems, even if the cause is not in the KIS. Control of manufacturer services, in particular under the Application Management Treaty with Dedalus. Working with the connection of new processes, including patient portal and data warehouse.

3. Projects & Development Responsibility for the ORBIS share in digitization projects, migrations and rollouts, including within the framework of the KHZG portfolio. Recording clinical requirements and translation into forms, workflows and system configuration. Compilation of evaluations and reports (SQL) that are actually used for clinic, administration and management. Construction and maintenance of a loadable operating and configuration documentation.

4. Support & operating activities 2nd and 3rd level support for ORBIS and adjacent clinical applications. Training of users and support of key users in the areas of expertise. Participation in the willingness to call after completed incorporation.

Complete study of (medical) informatics or business informatics, IT training or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. Experience in ORBIS administration or comparable hospital information system. Good SQL knowledge for queries, evaluations and error analyses. Knowledge in HL7, ideally complemented by FHIR and DICOM. Understanding clinical processes and the willingness to work in specialist processes. Structured, independent operation and pronounced service orientation. Clear and binding communication to medical service, care, administration and manufacturers. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
