The landscape association Westfalen-Lippe (LWL) works as a municipal association with more than 20,000 employees for the 8.3 million people in the region. The LWL operates 35 support schools, 21 hospitals, 18 museums, two visitor centers and is one of the largest German helpers for people with disabilities. 12 TVöD VKA for our LWL construction and property operations in the unit 'Technical building equipment, energy and data management' in the field 'heating, ventilation, sanitary'. We offer two permanent full-time jobs (39 hours/week). Parttime is also possible. One place is to be occupied in the areas of spatial air systems and sanitary facilities.

Processing of basic technical matters Conception, development and creation of standards and regulations for the entire LWL in the field of spatial air systems and wastewater, water and gas systems as well as use-specific installations (e.g. kitchen and swimming pool technology as well as fire extinguishing systems) Implementation of new legal regulations, current case-law and administrative provisions as well as new recognised rules of technology

Project management and control of complex, specialist projects and pilot measures according to HOAI, performance phases 1-9 for structural measures of all LWL buildings, including external planners

Call for tenders and organisational support for various framework contracts, including: Setting up the performance directories Determination of the mass structure Product responsibility for heat supply systems, air-conditioning systems and wastewater, water and gas systems, as well as use-specific and process engineering systems

Supporting various departments, including: Assistance in the operation of technical installations Planning and implementation of new and rebuilding measures Operator responsibility for technical installations

a completed (special) university degree (Diplom/Bachelor) of the Department of Supply Technology / Technical Building Equipment or Other employees who can demonstrate equivalent skills and experience due to long-term work. This includes, in particular, applicants:inside with a further education as a technician:in (w/m/d) the department of Supply Technology/Technical Building Equipment with many years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of work and the willingness to continue professional development and

ventilation area: multiannual professional experience in the design and implementation of air-conditioning systems, including air-conditioning and refrigeration systems well-founded knowledge in the field of VDI ventilation rules (training according to VDI 6022) and the planning and operation of indoor air technology in kitchens (VDI 2052)

Area of sanitary facilities: multiannual professional experience in the field of planning and implementation of waste water, gas plants well-founded knowledge of drinking water hygiene (training according to VDI 6023) Knowledge of planning and operation of use-specific and process equipment (e.g. kitchen and swimming pool technology as well as fire extinguishing systems)

and (for both) Knowledge in the preparation of tenders (AVA) and contracting and procurement Knowledge in the field of VOB and HOAI secure application of MS Office programs Own responsibility and an economic perspective high readiness to learn and use Knowledge of DGNB or QNG certification (required) a passenger car license advanced knowledge of German (at least C level)
