Staff Smart Sales (gn) Place of work: Löningen You take responsibility for cross-selling, up-selling and active processing of high-quality leads You carry out customer feedback analyses and give feedback to the team to continuously improve customer retention You manage the automated communication channels: this includes monitoring the B2B Shop & Chatbot, automated email campaigns, personalized offers and memories You process important customer requests that cannot be processed automatically You enter the phone hotline for small customers in the team and advertise the incoming calls

• You have completed professional training and ideally experience in customer service • You have knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation and customer communication • You have good IT skills (MS Office, SAP) and a good understanding of how B2B shops operate • You are willing to continue training and take responsibility • You are characterized by a high team capability, reliability and a structured working method
