Project management: You take the lead of your own projects and take responsibility for their success HR Partners: You are central contact for your customers and accompany them in the long term Active Sourcing: From job alerts to active sourcing to successful brokerage - you master the entire recruiting process Sparring partner: You support and advise your candidates to achieve the best Perfect match Matchmaker in the HR: You are responsible for a successful recruitment and enthusiastic both customers and candidates

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Personnel Officer (m/w/d) or a degree in BWL, Business Psychology, etc. Experience in recruiting or consulting - You know the challenges and opportunities of the industry and have already worked as HR Consult (m/w/d), HR Business Partner (m/w/d), Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) or Headhunter (m/w/d) Knowledge of modern recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or XING Talent Manager with (of advantage) Teamplayer mentality and the ability to motivate and inspire others Strong communication skills and percussion - You can win people for you English at least on C1 level Location max. 40 minutes away from work
