To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) in patient management in full or part-time (with at least 30 hours per week).

Patient intake: You receive outpatient and stationary patients and carry out administrative reception safely in the hospital information system (KIS). Patient advice: You advise and inform patients comprehensively on admission formalities, services offered by the clinic and topics relevant to the contract. Assessment management: You read medical findings and request missing documents on your own. Correspondence & Communication: You process post and e-mail requests and are in professional exchange with internal and external contact persons to organize patient treatment. Process optimization: You actively participate in the revision and further development of the processes in the area of patient intake.

You have a commercial or medical training, e.g. as a merchant in health care or as a medical specialist (m/w/d). Ideally, you bring professional experience in the patient management of a hospital or in comparable areas of healthcare. You work safely with common computer systems such as MS Office and use them routined in everyday work; Knowledge of SAP IS-H and the hospital information system ORBIS are of advantage. You will appear safe, friendly and service-oriented at any time and communicate professionally with patients as well as internal and external contact persons. You have basic knowledge of the English language and, if necessary, use it in everyday work. Even with a high level of work, you work independently, structured and reliable and are characterised by high operational readiness, team capacity and openness for interdisciplinary cooperation.
