Complete study of social work or a comparable course of study Professional experience in youth social work, migration/integration and consulting work Experience in coordinating social education and network work Intercultural and interreligious competencies IT knowledge (MS Office, Social Media, etc.) Organisational skills and independent working methods as well as the readiness to flexible working hours The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
