• Creation and provision of shipping documents
• Creation and verification of delivery documents Responsibility for compliance and
• Monitoring and maintenance of delivery dates in coordination with project teams and the Procurement department
• Monitor and collect proof of delivery
• production of export documents necessary for cross-border transport
• Tracking of shipments: Monitor and maintain delivery dates in coordination with internal and external partners
• Transport disposition: Planning/organisation of transports (D/EU/third country) in cooperation with contract brokers incl. Disposition of shipping orders and handling of corresponding customers in cross-docking procedures

Qualifications

• Completed training as a specialist for warehouse logistics/suppliers/industrial merchant or comparable qualification
• First professional experience desirable
• Team skills
• Flexibility
• Excellent knowledge of German, good knowledge of English, other knowledge of foreign languages are a plus
• Fast conception, good organizational capacity
• Structured procedure
• Very good Microsoft Office knowledge, SAP basic knowledge
