Team Leader Occupational Safety / Environment, Health & Safety (m/f/d)

System responsibility: You are responsible for the construction, maintenance and continuous development of the occupational safety management system (e.g. according to ISO 45001 or internal standards). Policy competence: You are responsible for the development and implementation of group-wide occupational safety guidelines and standards for all locations. Management consulting: You advise the management comprehensively on strategic and operational issues of occupational safety, health protection and prevention. Control: The definition of targets, key figures and measures in occupational and health protection take over and ensure their sustainable implementation. Analysis: You are responsible for the systematic evaluation of accident and near accident statistics and are responsible for appropriate preventive measures. Legal certainty: You ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. ArbSchG, DGUV regulations, BetrSichV, HazstoffV). Project integration: You will ensure the consideration of work safety-relevant requirements for new and remodeling projects. Test coordination: You are responsible for the organisation and monitoring of safety-relevant tests (e.g. rack systems, ladders, industrial trucks). Technical direction: You take over the professional leadership and support of local professionals for occupational safety and security. Location support: You advise the branch offices in all matters of occupational safety and promote the group-wide implementation of appropriate standards.

Qualification: You have completed training as a specialist for occupational safety in accordance with § 7 ASiG (e.g. DGUV, professional associations or recognised educational institutions). Legal knowledge: You have a well-founded knowledge of industrial safety law, in particular in the Arbeitsschutzgesetz (ArbSchG). Regulatory expertise: You have extensive knowledge of relevant regulations and regulations (ASiG, DGUV regulations and regulations, BetrSichV, GefStoffV, ArbStättV) as well as ideally complemented by the Maternity Protection Act, the Youth Employment Protection Act and in noise and fire protection regulations. Professional experience: You provide multi-annual professional experience in occupational safety, ideally in companies with multiple sites in the fields of trade, logistics, warehouses or comparable service industries. Moderation competence: You have experience in the moderation of committees, in particular working committee meetings (ASA). Solution orientation: You are distinguished by a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. Analytical strength: You have strong analytical skills to evaluate facts and derive appropriate measures.
