Analysis, assessment and implementation of regulatory requirements at national and European level Advising management and internal stakeholders in regulatory issues Support in building and implementing sustainable risk-&-compliance structures Conception and maintenance of guidelines, processes and internal control mechanisms central response to customer regulatory requirements and audits – in close cooperation with regulated customers Observing regulatory developments and implementing new requirements in operational processes Contact person:in for supervisory authorities such as BaFin and Deutsche Bundesbank and for auditors Responsibility for the further development of continuous KYC processes and ensuring a reliable customer review Creation and submission of regulatory reports and advertisements Support for training on compliance and regulatory issues Ensuring compliance with data protection requirements in close coordination with the data protection officer

successfully completed studies of law, economic law, economics or a comparable degree programme 5+ years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance or Risk Management Experience in the context of banks, financial service providers, insurance companies, FinTechs, consultancy or auditing companies sound understanding of regulatory frameworks in the financial environment, e.g. ZAG, ZAG-MaRisk or DORA Experience in dealing with supervisory authorities, auditors or supervisory processes is advantageous pronounced analytical and conceptual skills structured, precise and solution-oriented operation safe occurrence and very good communication skills team-oriented working with a high sense of responsibility and ownership mentality good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Required additional qualifications Experience in Regulatory Reporting Experience in regulated financial environments Experience in the conception of compliance training or internal guidelines Interest in technology driven or FinTech-oriented work environments
