Nurse special form of housing Landoltweg (m/f/d)

For more than 50 years, we have been supporting and supporting adult people with mental disabilities in different forms of living, offerings of the daily structure and leisure activities. We have a wide range of expertise, have remained open and curious and allow people to appreciate and include accompaniment in the sense of participation. This is the core task for us - for that we are committed, also at political level. From a parent initiative in 1973, the association has developed an organizational culture in which an esteeming, collegial co-existence is lived at eye level and flat hierarchies. The focus is also on enabling employees to have a large scope for design in their everyday work. In our special residential form Landoltweg/ Brümmerstraße, in short LaBrü, 28 people live in four groups in two large houses and a beautiful garden. The different age groups and personalities living and working in LaBrü make us colorful and special. In short, 28 very special people and a team that makes them as special as You are. We are looking to strengthen our team of educational and nursing professionals (m/w/d). The area is 25 - 35 hours a week. The site is indefinite in the 2-shift system (including weekend and holiday services).

You are actively involved in the design of content and organizational processes in the groups and together ensure individual support and participation in everyday life. These include: Support and guidance of the residents: in the case of everyday life management and basic care Support and support of residents:inside in recreational design, shopping and excursions Working out pedagogical methods Conducting all necessary documentation Creating information reports according to target and performance planning Cooperation with relatives, legal supervisors: women, workplaces Basic care activities and readiness for palliative support

We are looking for nurses: women, educators: women, elderly caregivers: women, health caregivers and nursing caregivers. We are also looking forward to applications from other fields, which are also recognised as a specialist in integration aid. You have first practical experience in work with people with disabilities (required, but not condition) You have a professional attitude in the sense of participation and participation You work actively, responsibly and empathically You have a good sense of communication You have the courage and openness to face new tasks You have the ability to set impulses, reflect on yourself and learn You can act flexibly You like to work in the team You are ready to learn IT skills for our documentation system (PundD)
