Your duties

• Central acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls
• Reception of business partners
• Management of incoming/outgoing mail

• Contact person at the reception, at the doorbell and in the entrance communication
• Support in organizing events (e.g. internal celebrations, workshops and meetings)

Your profile

• experience at reception, in appointment or in comparable activity
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• organizational skills and an eye for detail
