Adopting, prioritizing and processing of IT support requests in first and second level support Remote support of users in IT problems Error analysis and solution of technical disturbances in the areas of hardware and software as well as IT infrastructure Management and maintenance of user accounts in Active Directory and other systems Documentation of support cases in the ticket system and follow complex requests from downstream units Participation in the optimization of IT processes and the creation of knowledge documents (KBA)

Successfully completed IT training ITIL knowledge desirable Embossed service and solution orientation as well as pleasure in handling customers Structured operation, team capacity and loadability Teamability, reliability and innovative action and thinking
