What we wish: Multiannual professional experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry, ideally as Sous Chef or in a comparable position Very high quality demands on the team's own performance and performance Motivation and good leadership skills as well as role model for the entire team Positive and professional handling of colleagues and customers Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working Flowing knowledge of German and good English as well as knowledge of computer systems
