In addition, the variety of projects offers you the opportunity to build a broad knowledge of Mercedes-Benz AG and its working methods, in order to establish and expand contacts in the Group from the outset. These challenges come to you: Development of new strategies and solutions in key issues for the future of the Group

Close cooperation with customers as a direct contact person and as a trustee

Content and operational management of the project team as well as responsibility for the personal development of the team members

Project management, leadership and coaching of the project team

Content and structural development of the department

Recruiting, coaching and further development of employees (including mentor*in)

Ideally, you bring the following: Excellent academic degree (ideally supplemented by MBA or doctoral degree)

Multiannual professional experience in an international strategy consulting, in the corporate strategy of an automobile company or adjacent industries

Excellent consulting and/or industrial expertise in the automotive environment

Leadership and Project Management Experience

International experience through multi-month foreign missions

German and English skills

Personal competencies: Extraordinary high analytical and conceptual skills

Impressed ability to abstract complex facts and their preparation

High communication and presentation capability (especially to decision-makers and top management)

Team skills
