The farmhouse Mildaer Hof in Milda (Thüringen) is looking for

Care helpers / care aid

Full time (39h/week) / part time

for the day service or night service (durational night watch) for our fully-steady care area at the next possible time.

• responsible implementation of basic care measures including body care, food intake, mobilisation and accompaniment in everyday life in close coordination with nursing staff
• Trustful and close cooperation in the interdisciplinary care team
• Designing a loving and respectful environment with the aim of sustainably promoting the quality of life of our inhabitants

IHR PROFIL:

• ideally a nationally regulated assistance or helper training in care (e.g. old care workers, health care workers and nursing workers)
• as well as cross-comers with first experience in care and care
• Sensitivity for the needs and joy in the care of older people in need of care

• high work facilitation by digital documentation and scheduling via tablet
• new care concept in innovative house
• Service planning takes place jointly, free-time-oriented, on time and reliable
