Development and implementation of product group and procurement strategies taking into account costs, quality, innovation, service and security of supply. Head of strategic procurement projects, including supplier selection and the implementation of tenders (RFI/RFQ/RFP). Management of contract and price negotiations and the conclusion and management of framework agreements. Building, maintaining and developing strategic supplier relationships including regular business reviews. Control and evaluation of supplier performance and launch of appropriate development and improvement measures. Conducting market, cost, benchmark and TCO analyses to identify optimization potentials. Monitoring relevant market and technology trends and deriving recommendations for action for management. Identification and management of risks along the supplier and supply chain. Reporting of product group performance, savings and strategic initiatives to management. Ensure compliance, guidelines and purchasing processes.

Successfully completed studies of economic, engineering, law or a comparable course of study. Multiannual professional experience in category management or strategic sourcing, ideally in the field of electrical components and in the renewable energy sector (e.g. photovoltaics or BESS). detectable experience in the negotiation and the conclusion of complex contracts and strategic supplier agreements. Funded understanding of procurement and supply chain structures and international supplier markets. Knowledge of Chinese business culture and experience in cooperation with international business partners of advantage. Impressed analytical skills and a good understanding of economic and contractual relationships. German and English in word and writing. Self-employed, structured and result-oriented working methods combined with strong negotiating and communication skills. High intercultural competence and the ability to build sustainable and trusting business relationships.
