Overall responsibility for progress, budget, resource efficiency and sustainability of the programme deriving and maintaining a prioritized program roadmap based on the strategic target image, including milestones, dependencies and decision needs Close cooperation with different stakeholders, in particular with digital leaders, product management, sales, service, development teams, IT as well as other departments Early identification and active management of risks, dependencies and potential target conflicts, both within the programme and in interaction with other strategic programs Continuous development of the programme organization and the methods, processes and tools used Preparation and implementation of Management Reviews and Steering Committees, also at top management level

Complete studies in the field of economics, engineering, business informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in program or project management, ideally in complex transformation or digitization initiatives Experience in the design and optimization of digital maintenance, knowledge management and transaction processes along the life cycle of mobile capital goods Found experience in managing multi-function and organizational programs within a group, as well as in the requirement and stakeholder management of digital solutions Experience in the application of agile development methods, digital technologies, platform structures, data-based services and connected products Experience in the further development of governance structures and management reporting Enforcement with diplomatic fingertips and the ability to integrate different interests and disciplines Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other foreign languages of advantage Readiness to travel: about 20% in the DACH room, internationally under 5%
