Head of MVZ Management (m/f/d)

Total operational responsibility for the organisational, human and economic management of the MVZ in close cooperation and with the direct line of report with the commercial and medical management Strategic development of the MVZ as well as the outpatient performance portfolio taking into account the corporate strategy of the Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe Development and implementation of innovative concepts for the interconnection of outpatient and outpatient care and cross-sectoral treatment paths Participation in the integration of new medical areas, supply offers and practices into the existing MVZ structure Responsibility for the optimization of organizational structures and processes as well as participation in the further development of supply paths taking into account quality and cost-effectiveness Management of the economic development of the MVZ including budget, revenue and cost management and further development of meaningful key figures and reporting Ensuring contract medical, organizational and billing-relevant conditions for a legally secure operation Leadership and further development of employees and promotion of interdisciplinary and cross-site cooperation Close cooperation with the medical director of the MVZ, medical directors, medical directors, the central areas of the clinic and external partnerships (including a cash medical association) Close cooperation to ensure the general legally compliant operation with the bodies to be involved in the clinic, in particular in the fields of data protection and information security, medical device law, etc. Initiation and control of projects for digitization and continuous development of outpatient care

A completed study of health economics, health sciences, business management, medicine or a comparable qualification focusing on health Multiannual leadership experience in outpatient healthcare, ideally in an MVZ or comparable institution Funded knowledge of outpatient care structures including contract medical law, admission and payment accounting A good understanding of medical care processes and cooperation between outpatient and stationary care Experience in the strategic development of medical organisations and in project and change management Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced analytical and conceptual skills High communication and integration competence in dealing with different professional groups and hierarchical levels Designed leadership, organisational skills and decision-making Own initiative, willingness to design and a solution-oriented way of working Safe handling of digital applications and interest in developing digital and AI-based processes
