IHR PROFIL: Complete study of computer science or comparable qualification or equivalent training with relevant experience Multiannual professional experience in Identity & Access Management incl. Process and interface design as well as guidance of agile, cross-functional teams Finded knowledge in Directory Services (e.g. AD/Azure AD), Authentication/Autorization, SSO/MFA, Federation (SAML, OIDC/OAuth2) and Role/Righting Concepts Practice with market-leading IAM tools (e.g. Omada, SailPoint, One Identity, Azure AD/Entra, Keycloak), ideally also as a product owner or in product management Analytical thinking, problem-solving competence, communication strength, team capacity, hands-on mentality and self-initiative Experience with ITIL or comparable frameworks, agile methods (Scrum/Kanban, OKR), security and compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI, GDPR) as well as very good German and good English knowledge
