Project Manager Communication Technology

As project manager, you are responsible for the handling of projects or individual measures under technical, qualitative and economic considerations and face the challenge of renewing the existing technology of different generations. You take over the tendering and awarding of the planning and construction services, monitor the performance of internal and external service providers, at any time have a look at the project risks and, if necessary, initiate counter-control measures Through your communication skills, you control all project participants to the project goal in constant coordination with planners:inside, building supervisors, executive companies, builders:inside, audit experts, other responsibilities:inside You co-ordinate in-company and cross-sectoral questions with stakeholders: companies such as operation, maintenance, authorities (e.g. EBA) and major projects In addition, you will start project reports, participate in project monitoring and report to the responsible OE management You accompany projects on all HOAI performance phases (1–9) and ensure the time, cost and quality implementation Your area of responsibility includes the follow-up and claim management as well as the performance detection and audit in IT systems You control escalation management, calculates expenses for offers, supports the development of new colleagues and ensure the successful handover of project results

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed technical/university study as an electrical engineer:in, civil engineer:in, economic engineer:in or engineer:in news technology or information technology Multiannual professional experience in project management of complex telecommunications projects or similar qualifications Your competence in quality and escalation management is pronounced and you work in a solution-oriented manner The handling of regulations and standards (EN, DIN, DIN-VDE) as well as valid legal regulations e.g. VOB, VOL, HOAI are known to you As a solution finder:in you think customer-oriented and convince by a safe and binding appearance, bringing reliability, team skills and joy to the daily challenges Managing complex web-based relationships is fun and it is easy for you to communicate with different stakeholders: from different areas at eye level to achieve the best possible implementation of your project As an experienced project manager:in you are familiar with the usual methods, so that time, budget and quality assurance for the program are self-evident and you need not only to live up to this, but also to all participants.
