CAD/CAM/CNC Specialist (m/f/d)

Creation, optimization and standardization of CAM programs for CNC machines Development and maintenance of machining strategies for complex CNC machining Integration of new CNC machines into the existing CAD/CAM landscape Error analysis and troubleshooting in the interaction CAD/CAM/CNC Implementation of machine-specific NC functions and special cycles Implementation of simulations, collision tests, machine sampling and program tests Analysis, evaluation and optimization of manufacturing processes in terms of quality, productivity and costs Construction and maintenance of tool, technology and postprocessor libraries Optimization of the post processors for the CNC machines used, optionally with the help of the software manufacturer Support for digitalisation and automation projects Advice, support and cooperation with div. Stakeholders (e.g. designers and software suppliers) Documentation of processes, standards and best practices Training of designers, CAM programmers and CNC experts Occasionally support other production sites

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, manufacturing engineering or comparable technical training with corresponding further training Multiannual experience in CAD/CAM and CNC manufacturing Very good knowledge of professional CAM systems (ideally inventory, mechanical and/or virtualGibbs) Finded knowledge of the adaptation of post processors Very good knowledge of various CNC controls (in particular Mazak) Experience with 3-, 4-, and ideally 5-axis machining centres Knowledge of NC code, macro programming and machine kinematics Understanding production processes, clamping technology and tool technology High affinity for digitalization and technological innovations Safe handling of ERP systems and MS-office applications Self-employed and responsible work Embossed team and communication skills Secure knowledge of German and English
