We produce various types of chocolate and cuver doors, but also nuts and kernels are packed into nut and dry fruit mixtures. We are one of the largest and most modern food factories in Europe and provide you with a professional challenge including a collegial working atmosphere.

• Quality assurance and in-process control of production processes in confectionery and dry fruit packaging

• continuous monitoring of compliance with all defined process and product parameters including the control of chemical/technical, physical, microbiological and sensory investigations

• Ensure the quality of raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating materials including specification determination and production of tasting patterns

• Controls related to IFS and the HACCP concept

• Co-responsibility for compliance with valid hygiene standards and general cleanliness

• Creation of procedures and work instructions according to IFS and HACCP

• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits

• a completed study in the field of food technology, ecotrophology or completed training, preferably as a specialist in confectionery technology, specialist in food technology or a comparable qualification

• first professional experience in a laboratory of the food industry desirable

• Self-motivation to work into new topics

• good and structured expression

• good handling of all MS Office applications as well as SAP, LIMS desirable

• Ready to work in a 4-shift system
