As an IT onsite supporter, you are responsible for the quick and effective solution of technical problems on site, the management of user accounts and the processing of requests in the ticket system.

Ensuring smooth IT infrastructure and support for employees in technical issues

Management of user accounts and access rights to ensure safe and efficient operation

Installation, maintenance and optimization of technical equipment

Processing, documentation and tracking of inquiries and disruptions in the ticket system (ServiceNow)

Ensure IT readiness and (remote)support of other locations

Completed training or studies in IT

Multiannual professional experience in the field mentioned above

Knowledge of client hardware, label printers and Android scanners

Knowledge of MS Office and Active Directory

Basic knowledge of network technology and server infrastructure as well as familiarity with DHCP, DNS and virtualization

Good knowledge of German in word and writing

High readiness and solution-oriented operation
