August a reception manager who places great emphasis on authentic hospitality and takes responsibility for the front and back office.

Type of employment: Full time

Guest reception and support (check in/out, complaint management, individual service) Management and organisation of the reception (reservation administration, processing of special arrangements, ensuring a smooth daily routine at the reception) Cash and billing (control of daily bills, management of cash stocks and processing of payment differences, invoice and voucher delivery) Quality control and coordination with other departments Service planning and employee management, monitoring and optimization of workflows

Complete training in hotel or comparable qualification Experience in the field of reception/front office, ideally in conductive function Impressed communication and decision-making capability and resilience Passion for excellent service and authentic hospitality, hands-on mentality Safe handling of common hotel software programs (preferably Protel) and MS Office German and English skills required

Participation in a young team with lots of heart blood The ability to take responsibility and actively shape processes High standard throughout the house, a total of 58 rooms 5 days week with regular free 30 days Help in finding an apartment Tips JOBV1_EN
